The twins slept in separate cribs for the first time last night. The past few nights Jack had been moving around enough that by morning his feet were pretty close to Ivy’s head. I’m sure that if he started kicking, there would have been a very unhappy baby.

We were a little worried, but they both slept through the night as normal, so I guess we’re going to be alright.

The little fella is still having problems gaining weight, and so is back on the bottle. On Friday he only weighed 5 lbs 7 oz, compared to his sister who was 6 lbs. 1 oz. He’s now on four bottles of formula a day.

On top of that, he’s been put on Zantac due to spitting up most feedings. Things have started to get better on that front, so hopefully the pounds (ok, we’ll settle for the ounces) will follow.
